We represent a wide variety of lenders and borrowers on a diverse range of secured lending transactions, including bi-lateral lending, syndicated lending, asset-based lending, subordinated debt financing and acquisition financing.
Our extensive expertise in acting for both lenders and borrowers, together with our ability to anticipate, identify and effectively address various issues that sometimes arise in these types of transactions, enables us to guide our clients smoothly through the financing process and form long-term relationships.
